The obverse of this coin has a portrait of Tunku, the words "TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN PUTRA AL-HAJ BAPA MALAYSIA" and the year 1971.

The reverse shows the Parliament House building, the crescent and star, and the denomination of 100 Ringgit.
