Create an account

You can just register once to use the features we are offering, both as a buyer and seller. If you are facing any difficulties, please contact our customer service via e-mail at or give us a call at +60377299640 from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m to 6 p.m (GMT+8).

Step 1

Go to the main home page at www.nubex.my

Step 2
Click on the "My Account" button (top of your screen, in the right side). The pop-up will appear.Click the "Create an Account" blue button.
Step 3

Fill in the first name and last name field under the "Personal Information" section. If you want to be the first to know about our latest product and update, please tick the "sign up for newsletter" button.

Step 4

You are then required to fill in the information needed for login purpose. First, fill in the email address. The email address will be used as your username.

Next, fill in and confirm your password.Your password must be equal or greater than 8 symbols, with a minimum mixture of 3 different classes of characters: Lower Case, Upper Case, Digits, Special Characters. You'll need to remember it to log into your account in future.

Example of the password permitted:

1234@bcd A combination of digits, special characters and lower case
@Bcd4321 A combination of special characters, upper case, lower case and digits
Dcba1234 A combination of upper case, lower case and digits

After that, click the "Create an Account" blue button.

Step 5
You will be directed to the "My Account" (My Dashboard) section.

What happens next?

  • You will receive an email to notify you about the registration of your account.Your account is immediately operable.
  • You can add more information on the "My Account" section.
  • You can start buying and selling by clicking on the "Seller Centre" for selling purpose and "Buyer Centre" for buying purpose. (create hyperlink untuk "How to buy"and "How to sell")

HOW TO BUY

Simple Steps

  1. Create account.
  2. Select product that you desire.
  3. Make payment.
  4. We deliver or you pickup.
Step 1

Click on the "Buying Centre"

Step 2
On the "Buying Centre" page, you can narrow down your search by clicking on the category you would like to purchase, which is located on the left section of the page, which comprises of:
  • Gold bars and coins,
  • Silver bars and coins
  • Dinar and dirham
  • Greeting cards, embedded with gold and silver products
  • Capsules, and
  • Boxes
Step 3

Filter the product according to your preference using the navigation bar categories which is location on top of the section where products are displayed.

For instance, if you want to buy a 100 grams of gold bar, click on the "Metal Sizes" and choose "100g". The list of product will appear according to what you have selected.

Step 4

For each identical product, the total sellers will be displayed right next to the item. The sellers will be sorted from the cheapest to the most expensive, and the buyer will automatically get the cheapest seller, given if the quantity offered are sufficient for you. If the quantity offered by seller is not enough, the system will automatically select the second seller for you to purchase the remaining balance.

For instance, you want to buy 5 items. You will then enter the amount of quantity you want at the "Qty" box(quantity section), which is "5".

The cheapest product offered by "seller", which only offered 4 items. The second seller, "Fayzi Omar1" offered 14 items. Therefore, you get to purchase all 5 items from these 2 sellers, by buying 4 items from "seller" and 1 item from "Fayzi Omar1". Hence, the price offered by these two sellers are not the same.Therefore, you have to pay according to what the sellers have offered.

After you have satisfied with the price offered and you have confirmed with the number of quantity you wanted, click the "Add to Cart" yellow button.

The items you have chosen will automatically appear at the sticky "Shopping Cart" section, which is located at the right side of the page.

Repeat those steps above if you want to purchase more items.

When you are done, click on the "Proceed to checkout". If the button did not appear, please log into your account before you can proceed to the next step.

Step 5

You are now directed to "Nubex Checkout".

First, select your shipping. You may select whether to choose pickup or delivery service.

"Delivery" button refers to shipping your items using courier services.

"Pickup" button refers to picking up your items at Nubex showroom.

After you select your shipping, the button will turn to green.

After you have confirmed your choice on the shipping method, click the "continue to payment" button which is located at the right side of the page.

Step 6

You are now directed to "Nubex Checkout".

First, select your shipping. You may select whether to choose pickup or delivery service.

Next, select your payment method, which is FPX transfer.

Please contact our customer service if you require other payment method.

Click "continue to review" when you have selected the payment method.

Step 7

Third, please review and finalize order regarding shipping information, billing information and items information.

Click "place your order".

Step 8

You will be redirected to the FPX page for payment. After you have successfully made your payment, you will see a "success page" where the status of the order will be appeared.

Step 9

If you want to check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section which is located at the "My Account" section. Click "view order".

You can see your items ordered, download invoices and track your shipments on this page.

The invoice can be downloaded right away after you have done with your payment.

*The invoice may come in two or three different invoices according to the total sellers. If there are two sellers when you purchase the items, there will be two invoices.

What happens next?

  • If you choose "pickup" for your shipping method, you may pick up your items at Nubex showroom, which is located in Damansara Perdana from Monday-Friday, 10 am to 5.30pm.
  • If you choose "delivery" for your shipping method, you will receive an email notification about your shipment status update.

HOW TO SELL

Simple Steps

  1. Create account.
  2. Select product to sell.
  3. Send product to Nubex.
  4. Nubex will grade your product.
  5. Set your own price.
  6. Wait for purchase to happen.
  7. Provide your bank info.
  8. Nubex will pay you.

We will verify and authenticate the precious metal before the items are up in the marketplace. Items must be sent to Nubex for us to check the authenticity of the product itself.

Nubex will function as the fulfilment centre (warehouse). After we have finished with the product authentication and grading, Nubex will changed the status to "Received" and you are now able to sell your items.

Step 1

Click on the "Seller Centre".

Step 2

Navigation of the menu is on the left side of the page. For first-time user, click "Select and sell" and click on "Create New Shipping Plan".

A popup menu will appear:

You can search your items by using the filtering system which is located on the top. The filters comprises of Category of product, Name, Product Brand, Condition, Purity and Weight.

Step 3

Select your product and type the amount of product that you would like to sell. Then, click "Create Shipment".

Step 4

Another popup menu will appear. You may edit, change or add your product in this section. After you have satisfied with all your products, click "Next".

Step 5

You are now directed to "Shipment" section. You can choose whether to deliver your items via courier or to deliver your items in person. *Nubex will not be held responsible for any losses for the "delivery via courier" option. Click "Next".

Step 6

You are now directed to "Review". If you are satisfied, click "Confirm". If you are not satisfied with what has been displayed in the "Review" section, click the "back to plan" button.

Step 7

You are now directed to "Select and Sell" page. You can now witness the status of your item is changed to "sent":

You are able to make some changes as long as the status of the item is not set to "received" by Nubex.

Step 8

Click on the "Product List" on the status of product that is changed to "Received".

All your products received by Nubex are displayed here.

You can use the filtering system to narrow down your product.

The filters comprises of Category of product, Name, Product Brand, Condition, Purity and Weight.

Step 9

After you have narrowed down your product, you are able to see the image, product information,price settings, price information, the "save" button, and the "enable and disable" button.

Set the price. Click “enable” to enable to product or “disable” to disable the product.

After you have done, click “save”.

Your product will appear at the "Buyer Centre" and ready to be purchased by buyer.

Step 10

You will get an email notification about the items that have been bought. You can check the formation regarding the status of your selling items on the "Sales Order" section.

The status of bought items will be shown (price, sales order).

The system will automatically generate two invoice: "buyer invoice" and "Marketplace Invoice".

Buyer invoice is the invoice produced from seller to buyer, meanwhile marketplace invoice is the invoice produced from Nubex to the seller (the commission imposed from Nubex to the seller will be shown here).

Step 11

Once the invoice is generated, you are ought to fill in your bank info by clicking "My Account" button and go to "Account Information" and please tick the "Bank Info" button.

On the right side of the page, please fill in your bank name, along with the account number and IC Number. Please ensure that the information filled is accurate to avoid any delayed payment to your account.

Step 12

Nubex will make the payment to the seller within *24 hours. *subject to change

What happens next?

  • If you choose "pickup" for your shipping method, you may pick up your items at Nubex showroom, which is located in Damansara Perdana from Monday-Friday, 10 am to 5.30pm.
  • If you choose "delivery" for your shipping method, you will receive an email notification about your shipment status update.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What are the delivery options available?

We ship all our items within Malaysia using Pos Laju. For international orders, we use Aramex or DHL.

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

  1. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Malaysian Public Holidays.
  2. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays or severe weather conditions.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our fee starts at RM10 inclusive of delivery insurance, based on item value & weight.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. You can check your tracking information from 'My Account' > 'My Order'.

Can I collect my order directly from Nubex?

Yes you, can. Just walk in to our showroom at:
